Dental implants are a permanent solution for anyone with missing, damaged, or decayed teeth. They operate with your teeth by blending with your natural smile. Another fantastic advantage of implants is that you care for them the same way that you would care for your natural teeth—brushing and flossing regularly.
We can use a single dental implant to restore a gap in your smile — no matter where it’s located. If a missing tooth is effecting your physical and emotional health, please contact Dr. Wirth today.
Much like single tooth restorations, we can use dental implants to fill the gaps left behind from multiple missing teeth. Again, this process only requires two office visits.
One way we can utilize implants is if you’re missing multiple teeth that are nonadjacent to one another. In this situation, Dr. Wirth will use a single dental implant for each gap.
Likewise, if the gaps are adjacent, he might recommend a partial implant-supported bridge. Here, he would prepare the teeth that we’ll use as anchors to secure a single attractive prosthetic. Then, he would place the implant and position the bridge accordingly.
If you’re missing an entire arch of teeth or currently wear dentures and want a more reliable option, Dr. Wirth can help. A full-arch restoration uses multiple implants to secure a single prosthetic. This prosthetic arch of teeth will look, feel, and function like natural, and thanks to the implant, it won’t slide around or out of place.
One significant benefit of a full-arch restoration is that you’ll leave our office with a beautiful, functional temporary restoration. Then, Dr. Wirth will secure your permanent arch once your body has healed.
